First of all, we’re glad you’re here! We hope it means you are thinking about fitness, exercising and healthy living, and how to fit it into your busy lives. We think about this all the time! It is our goal to achieve the most “perfect” balance possible when it comes to motherhood, fitness, healthy living, and work, and we hope you do too! Our journey to find the “perfect” workout will be fun, exciting, and sweaty. We will explore a variety of fitness studios, exercise classes, and gyms and bring to you our most honest opinions about each and every one. Our focus is on the “working mom,” and finding classes and workouts that cater to this lifestyle. We know it’s not easy, moms, but we believe in you!
That’s why we’re here to help. We found that working out together was a sure way to hold each other accountable. Motivating each other to work out on our hardest days have been the ones in which we had the best results! In the end, “Half the battle is showing up.”
Another angle we are promoting is healthy living, which includes diet! We are bringing to you healthy and easy meals for you and your family. Most of them are toddler-approved 🙂 Enjoy!
