Exercise Type: Kettle-X – We used a variety of kettlebells and TRX cables to strengthen & tone. We did squats, planks, pistol squats, bicep curls, etc. There was also a ton of core and ab work… we felt the effects for days (in a good way)!

Time: 6:00 – 6:50 PM; The time was a little hard for us to get to after work, BUT we were home in enough time to help with the kids’ bedtime routines. We don’t feel as guilty leaving them when we get to read them their favorite bedtime story and kiss them goodnight.

Age Group: Various; a mix ages seen in class. We are in our early 30’s and would say we were somewhere in the middle age-wise.
Welcoming: Yes, and not intimidating! We were greeted immediately. We already had a tour during our first class, so you would get that on your first visit.
Cleanliness: Extremely; there is also hand sanitizer in a bunch of places, which is a “win” for us moms – keep those germs to yourself!
Unique Features: They have on-site nutrition counseling, which everyone can benefit from. All of us can probably admit that we are not eating and living healthy 24/7, especially when you are eating leftover mac ‘n cheese that your toddler didn’t want.
