This week’s Friday Fitness Tip is to be prepared for your workout. Do you work out in the morning, in the middle of the day, or at night? We workout at night during the week, and in the morning on the weekends. One thing we found helpful was to be prepared. This can range from laying your clothes out the night before (for an early morning workout), or packing and putting your gym bag in the car for an evening workout. When preparing for a class or a trip to the gym, we make sure we have a few necessities: an appropriate exercise outfit (leggings, shirt, sneakers, sticky socks, bare feet), a towel, a yoga mat (if needed), a water bottle, a hair tie, and headphones (if working out alone).
