Have you ever been in the middle of exercising and thought to yourself, “I’m so tired, I am going to stop”? Yup. Been there. Did you stop? We all have, and we are here to tell you that the key to successful exercising is consistency and commitment. You don’t get anywhere by quitting your workout every time you are tired. Hell, would moms ever work out? This week’s Friday Fitness Tip is “Don’t Stop When You’re Tired, Stop When You’re Done.”
Our success stories stem from setting a goal and sticking to it. If we plan to run 2 miles, we run 2 miles. If we agree to an hour barre class, we work our little butts off for the entire hour. This isn’t to say our way is fool-proof, but it is our way to stay motivated.
One last piece of advice for you. Tomorrow’s a trap. There is no way you will catch up tomorrow. Stop procrastinating, set a workout goal, and achieve it.
