Name: Tough Mudder Bootcamp
Location: Blue Bell, PA
Exercise Type: FORCE – We started with a warm up, which consisted of lunges, mountain climbers, crunches, etc. Next we started the workout. There were six stations that we cycled through twice. The stations included: shuffles, weighted ropes, kettle bell swings, rows on a TRX cable, weighted ball throws, and carioca. We ended the class with a cool down and stretching.

What to Wear: Tank top, workout leggings, sneakers

What is Provided: Heart monitor, all exercise equipment, monitors at each station, and timers to know the time of the interval

Unique Features: Technology Powered Classes. Each station was set up with monitors to show the exercise and timer. This was awesome because we didn’t need to ask any questions, or even better, remember what she said at the beginning of class (you know we have that mommy brain!). In addition, we could look to see what the exercise looked like the entire time because the man on the monitor was doing it with us. At the end, there was a screen that displayed our results, based on the data captured by our heart monitors.
Some people don’t want to know how much time they have left, but we do (well OK, sometimes). We did each exercise for 20 seconds, 4 times with a ten second break in between. It went so quick! The whole workout was short, sweet and to the point.
Michelle, you kicked our butts again, and made us feel strong as a mother! We love you, and know when you invite us somewhere, it’s going to be a kick-ass workout. Thank you for having us! We’ll definitely be back!
