I was watching a rerun of a Big Bang Theory episode the other day on TV when Penny and Sheldon were at the grocery store. Penny talks about picking up vitamins and Sheldon, in only the way Sheldon can, let’s Penny know that even though she purchased vitamins, she really purchased very expensive urine, since her body could only absorb a small amount of nutrients in the vitamins she was taking. In the summer, turkey burgers are a staple in my house. I don’t grill, that’s my husband’s job, so they’re easy to make for me 🙂 I wanted to mix up our “normal” turkey burger night, and stumbled upon this recipe because I am a sucker for Medeterranian food. All I can say is WOW. These Greek Turkey Burgers With Tzatziki Sauce And Greek Tomato Salad burgers were so freakin’ delicious. Instructor: Kelly – she was great! She told us where to position ourselves at the start of class to make sure we could see her. She walked us through the various punches and kicks before class started, and showed us the proper way to execute so we didn’t hurt ourselves.
Exercise Type: Kickboxing – we want to start by saying, holy hell this is a FANTASTIC way to get out some frustration! Being a working mom, a stay-at-home mom, or hell… a person, there are a ton of stressors that take over our lives from time to time. In any case, take this class to release all of that bad energy.
