Name: Tough Mudder Bootcamp

Exercise Type: FORCE – We started with a warm up, which consisted of lunges, mountain climbers, crunches, etc. Next we started the workout. There were six stations that we cycled through twice. The stations included: shuffles, weighted ropes, kettle bell swings, rows on a TRX cable, weighted ball throws, and carioca.
