  • 8 to 10 ounces of Silk almond milk I usually get the 30 calorie unsweetened regular or vanilla
  • 1 scoop of Tone It Up Chocolate Protein Powder planet based
  • 1 scoop of PB2 powdered peanut butter
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 banana optional
