Tzatziki Sauce


  • 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup shredded cucumber
  • 1/2 tablespoon of a lemon juiced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1/8-1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste


  • Place the shredded cucumber onto a clean paper towel, gather it up and use your hands to squeeze out as much of the liquid as you can.
  • Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and stir together until combined.
  • Taste for seasoning then cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
